what's the problem?

trash entanglement

Trash left by or in a river can easily entangle animals, leading to severe injury or death. Discarded fishing lines, plastic bags, and other debris can wrap around limbs causing suffocation or starvation. These entanglements often prevent animals from moving freely or accessing food and shelter, which can lead to death. Additionally, human trash such as sharp objects like broken glass or metal can cause painful wounds and infections, further endangering their lives.
