**PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE 18: If a volunteer under the age of 18 wishes to participate in a cleanup, a Minor Permission Form must be completed. The form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian and submitted to Waterway Warriors prior to participating in the event.
