Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend and made such a meaningful impact. Sometimes the difference we make isn’t measured just in numbers — it’s measured in the new faces who showed up not knowing what to expect and left asking, “When’s the next one?” It’s in the conversations between volunteers who had never met before but quickly connected over a shared love for our lagoon. Because of you, we were able to scout and begin addressing a new cleanup area that needed attention. Every bag filled, every bucket carried, and every step along that shoreline matters. While we’re still tallying the final numbers, what we already know is this: new volunteers stepped up, a new hotspot was identified, and our waterways are cleaner today than they were 48 hours ago. Waterway Warriors continues to grow because people like you care and show up. Thank you for being part of it!
