 NTS ARE WELCOME: If a volunteer under the age of 18 wishes to participate 
 in this event\, a Minor Permission Form must be completed. The form must b
 e signed by a parent or legal guardian and submitted to Waterway Warriors 
 prior to participating in the event. Minors will not be allowed to partici
